My Lastest Thrifty Find...

Can you believe it?

$1.99 for a picnic for two basket found at the Good Will! It has a nifty takeout wooden insert in the bottom. It's handmade and signed by the weaver from the Royce Craft Basket Company out of Ohio. Which is now unfortunately out of business.
~I'm thinking a quiet picnic for two... would be lovely!

Oh that is a fabulous find! Unbelievable that it was only $1.99. Seriously, who would give a treasure like that up?

And I am totally cracking up over the header photo. Oh my gosh...I LOVE IT.

Love the blog makeover! What a super find! I know of the Royce Craft Company (at first I thought it might be a Longaberger!) and you got a great deal. Hope you have many great picnics!

Hi Tammy,
I know can you imagine, giving up a nice basket like this. It's in mint condition.
I love those witches! I'm the second one from the left:) Which one are you? lol!

Hi Tara,
Thanks, I'm in a Halloween mood;)
I found these witches having a spot of brew... they cracked me up! I've been really into vintage images lately, they are so fascinating to me.
I thought the same thing about the basket when I picked it up!
Noah is at Hogwarts School right now, I bet he's having a blast!
