Now, hold on just a minute!

You JUST learned to knit, and the hat you made turned out great!

A bit jealous here! I've crocheted for years and all my creations are LOUSY!

Excellent job! Mittens to match the hat? And then perhaps scarves and sweaters? That will keep you busy through fall. It is the perfect time of year to make new things!

HI Old Dame Penniwig,
I've knitted two scarves and then this hat. It was my first time knitting on circular needles. Finishing the hat was a little tricky for my first time.

I have tons of ugly crocheted scarves:)

Thank you Wendy:) I'm thinking mittens will be even harder!

Thanks Lisa,
Youtube videos are a great teaching tool, they can teach you everything you need to know!
Tara told me when I starting knitting to look up Youtube videos on knitting. Because I have a terrible time trying to learn out of a book... hands on learner here:)
