Camping at Indian Valley

We had a wonderful weekend of camping. No creepy raccoon attacks! Just some evil vampire mosquitoes out for blood and they didn't care if you spray or smeared yourself with toxins. Other than that and packing up in the rain again, all was well. Canoeing was especially fun!

A pretty green view from the canoe.

A white goose, so Brad tells me... I kept calling it a duck.

Turtles!

I thought the white bird was a duck, too...a BIG duck...

What a pretty setting for your camping trip. But no thank you on any canoeing, I feel as if I'm sitting right on the water and will sink any second...!!!

Yeah, I could of swore these were ducks. I googled white geese and then white ducks. Brad is right, they are geese. He's so smart:)
Ducks have shorter necks and smaller bills.

Glad those evil raccoons kept their distance this time. Mosquitos!!! Argh. Worst when buzzing directly in my ear!! Glad you had a good time. Thanks for sharing pics!
